Welcome to clock house - urban living!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of clock house - urban living's Website, located at https://clockhouse.gr.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following regulations.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 15:00a.m.
Check-out: until 11:00p.m.

On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 11:00p.m.

A late check-out [subject to availability & upon request] until 18:00 will be charged 50% of the daily rate.
A late check-out [subject to availability & upon request] after 18:00 will be charged the full daily rate.

Payment

Payment for accommodation and services is due before arrival. Accepted payment methods:

Credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Discover, Diners) for platforms airbnb and booking.
Bank transfer (Piraeus, Eurobank, alpha bank, national bank, Revolut, PayPal) for booking through the website.

Self check in

Upon check-in, guests receive their entry key from the box outside apartment building and the code for entering the apartment. Please leave the key inside the room or at the same place upon departure.
The self check-in code is valid for the entire stay of the reservation.

Guests

Guest will have access in the page ''Guests Room'' which will have all the necessary information for the stay.
Entry into the apartment is permitted exclusively to registered guests.
Food and beverage deliveries must be collected at the property entrance.

Housekeeping

There is no possibility for additional cleaning unless your reservation is longer than 4 days. [additional info via email].

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. It is only allowed on the balconie. 

Cameras and Smoke detectors

Based on the apartment building's statutes, for the safety of both the tenants and the apartment building, ~~There are cameras at the entrance of the apartment building and at the entrance of each apartment,~~ as well as smoke detectors~~. NOTE: THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR ANY OTHER MONITORING DEVICE OTHER THAN SMOKE DETECTORS.~~ {CAMERAS HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED YET AS OF 1/1/2026}.

Parking

Guests are required to park in the designated parking space as instructed after booking.

Guest Responsibilities

The property is not liable for the loss, damage, or destruction of guests’ belongings during their stay. Use of the in-room safe box is recommended for money and valuables.
The property bears no responsibility for damage or loss due to force majeure (e.g., earthquake, fire).
Guests are responsible for any damage to furniture, equipment, or utensils caused by negligence or improper use and must cover the cost of repair or replacement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Reservations are divided into two categories:

→ non-refundable, which means that no refund is given in the event of cancellation,

→ and reservations with Free Cancellation, which means that the reservation can be canceled free of charge. Each reservation explicitly states the free cancellation period that applies to the reservation in question.

Therefore, if the guest has chosen to make a reservation in a non-refundable rate category, there is no refund from the accommodation.

Accordingly, in case the guest has chosen to book a category with free cancellation, then the following applies:

if the cancellation is made within the free cancellation period, then the reservation is canceled and if any deposit has been given, it will be refunded.

if the cancellation is outside the free cancellation period, then the guest will be charged 100% of the reservation.

In cases of cancellation of the entire reservation or part of it upon arrival or during the stay, or for non-appearance, or in case of early departure, the customer is charged 100% of the stay based on his reservation. Before your arrival, the full amount of your stay is paid. Any additional charges that arise during your stay are paid upon your departure.

Apartment Damage

In the event of damage to a room or other property due to intent, will or negligence, clock house reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including damage due to interruption of activities. We will demand immediate payment of the amount of the damage caused by the customer, otherwise all of his legal rights are reserved.

First aid kit and fire extinguisher

There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in the apartment which must be used at your own risk and only if necessary.

Additional Informations

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed
Quiet hours: 22:00 p.m. - 07:30 a.m.
Guests are required to present a valid photo ID before arrival.
Staying at our accommodation implies acceptance of the above regulations and it is necessary to complete the following residence permit form.
